I was hired a year ago with my primary responsibility being scheduling instructors for all our classes. Prior to my arrival, we were using only one Vendor for the majority of our contract instructors. I was given the task of expanding to multiple vendors. I had used Technology Business Group in my prior company, so I began to us them along with two other vendors to fill my instructor needs. I found TBG to be extremely responsive to all my requests. They were not only willing to take on the easy tasks, they also tackled the time consuming “tough” ones. When my demand for Evening Instructors grew and my other vendors were unresponsive, I turned to TBG and they managed to fill all my evening needs with highly qualified instructors.
