Susan Young is the most talented, organized, dedicated, informed, and articulate instructor that I have ever encountered. She did a superb job presenting the course material in an understandable way and did so at a perfect pace. I have never before encountered an instructor with such in-depth knowledge of the productivity they were teaching. In short, this was the best classroom experience I have ever had.

I was hired a year ago with my primary responsibility being scheduling instructors for all our classes. Prior to my arrival, we were using only one Vendor for the majority of our contract instructors. I was given the task of expanding to multiple vendors. I had used Technology Business Group in my prior company, so I began to us them along with two other vendors to fill my instructor needs. I found TBG to be extremely responsive to all my requests. As the training specialist and coordinator I am pleased to endorse Technology Business Group as our vendor of choice for desktop applications and technical training. A customized training program that has been very successful for us is "Power Hours". These two-hour to four-hour sessions for programs such as Excel and Word have been very cost effective and give us the ability to enhance our staff's knowledge.
